  • This project explores challenges in the current quotation creation and sharing process within an interior project management platform. It examines why field agents and designers prefer external tools and identifies ways to improve tool adoption and efficiency.

  • To understand and identify workflow bottlenecks and user pain points in the current quotation generation and sharing, and identify improvements that enable seamless, quick, and professional quotation creation within the digital platform.

  • Recommendations were made to improve system integration, reduce manual workload, and align outputs with professional and customer expectations. These changes aim to increase adoption of the internal platform for quotations.

Streamlining quotation workflows in Interior solutions projects

Creating profitable opportunities for a cafe’s growth through its customers

  • Perc originally Panther's Eye Roasting Company, emerged in 2010 in Savannah, GA. Perc shares exceptional coffee experiences with a growing community.

  • We aimed to contribute to creating profitable opportunities for Perc’s continued growth, through its customers. The focus was on strategic thinking to enhance Perc’s service offerings, and ultimately elevate the overall PERC experience for their community.

  • Through the Perc app, we implemented a new ordering system called 'Vibe Check' and introduced the 'Perc Pass' rewards program to enhance Perc’s customer experience and align with our business objectives.

Redesigning the unemployment benefits experience through a human-centered lens

  • In collaboration with Deloitte, we reimagined the unemployment service system in the state of Georgia, identifying systemic breakdowns and designing a seamless, empathetic, and proactive solution that supports citizens during job loss—a critical life event.

  • To build trust between citizens and the government by creating a future-facing, accessible, and dignified unemployment benefits experience, using service design and systems thinking. To analyze how and why life event based interactions with governmental entities can be so painful, and ideating a better future in which interacting with the government leaves you feeling taken loving care of, ultimately developing trust in the government.

  • A conceptual “No-Stop Shop” system powered by AI and a proactive buffer model, integrating government services and resources into a seamless support system that activates immediately upon job loss with a single point of access, eliminating multiple interactions with various departments and agencies.
