I’m a Service Designer with 6+ years of experience and a background in Architecture. I hold a Master’s in Service Design from SCAD and currently work as a UX Researcher at PeepalDesign, where I uncover insights to drive impactful product and service improvements.

I’ve worked on projects like SCAD x Lextant, developing an Ideal Experience Framework, and contributed to the SDN Young Talent Board, enhancing speaker experiences through research and communication strategy. I'm passionate about using human-centered research to solve real problems and create meaningful change.
